| Abstract: | Both Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period are the moment when the Chinese traditional written law rose. The thesis narrates the changes of run mode of politics from West Zhou Empire to the age of Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period, and discusses the effects of decline of paragon politics to the rise of written law. |
