| 摘 要： | 知识管理是信息管理的延伸和发展。创新、反应能力、生产率和技能素质是知识管理的特定目标和基本内涵。高校办公室的知识管理包括办公室外部的知识管理和内部的知识管理两方面的内容 ,它必须以办公自动化的建设为依托。要实现高校办公室自动化管理的创新和效率 ,除了设备的投入外 ,还必须建设与维护好办公信息系统 ;制定系统管理的标准体系、安全体系 ;建立一支高素质的管理队伍

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is the development of information management.Its specific goal and basic connotation is innovation,responsiveness,productivity and competency.Knowledge management of university office includes external and internal connotation,which depends on the construction of office automation.To realize the innovation of university office automation,we should equip the office with facilties completely.The other steps are:(1)constructing and maintaining office information system;(2)constituting the standard system and security system;(3)promoting the quality of office workers. |
