| 摘 要： | 研究国际电子商务立法的发展进程及特点对于掌握国际电子商务立法的发展趋势 ,从而促进我国国内电子商务立法 ,都具有重要的现实意义。本文拟就近年来国际电子商务立法的发展及特点作初步分析 ,并就我国的立法对策提出笔者的建议。
