对高职院校加强学风建设的思考

学风建设是高职院校可持续发展的永恒主题,也是构建和谐校园的重要组成部分。学风体现着一所学校的核心竞争力,也是其人才培养目标和质量的重要保证。当前,面对生源层次的多样化,高职学校的学风建设面临严峻考验和挑战。本文分析了当前高职学校学风建设面临的问题和原因,并从"以人为本、因材施教"的思想出发,提出了高职院校加强学风建设的措施。
