| Abstract: | The traditional system of compensation for life in some minority regions of our country has the same basis with the restorative justice system in western countries. A necessary method to adjust the two systems is blending, as a result of which, the system of compensation for life can get rid of its primitive backwardness and the restorative justice system can well suit China's national conditions. |
