| 摘 要： | 在两步消化法的基础上，采用DNA IQ^TM system提取精子DNA．通过磁性颗粒饱和性吸附．纯化模板DNA．稳定模板浓度，得到清晰完整的DNA分型.结合Biomek3000自动工作站．可有效减少人为因素的不确定性。提高检出率.

| Abstract: | Extraction method of the assay was based on conventional two-step method for the extraction of sperm DNA of mixed stain,DNA IQTM system was used for extracting sperm DNA,template DNA adsorbed and purified,stable concentration of DNA can be made by magnetic beads and obtained a clear and integrated DNA genotyping.With DNA automation workstation,the automated magnetic beads-based extraction can reduced the uncertainty of operation and increase successful rate. |
