| 摘 要： | 隐私权是现代社会新兴的一项人格权利,在实践中极易遭受侵害。本文讨论了侵犯隐私权行为的归责原则,分析了其构成要件,并在此基础上,对侵犯隐私权行为进行了类型化归纳和整理,对我国目前隐私权保护的现状进行了分析和检讨。

| Abstract: | Right of privacy is a burgeoning personality right in modern society and tends to be infringed in practice.This essay discussed the criterion of liability imposed on privacy infringement and analyzed the formation requirements thereof,followed by the categorization and summarization of privacy infringement practice.In the end,analysis and examination have been performed on the present status of privacy protection in China. |
