| 摘 要： | 推进公安队伍正规化建设,是《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进公安工作的决定》及第二十次全国公安工作会议作出的战略部署和要求。但当前公安教育训练正规化总体水平还不高。建议:1.健全公安法规体系及规章制度;2.寓实战训练内容于培训之中;3.完善、落实教育训练工作的各项保障措施。

| Abstract: | Reinforce and improving police training normalization is the strategic deployment and requirement on the "Twentieth National Police Working Conference" and the decision of "Further Reinforce and Improve Police work by Central Government".But on the whole,police education and training normalization level is far away from high standards.We have following suggestions: 1,Perfect and construct police regulations and rules;2,Combine realistic training contents in the education;3,Improve and carry out various guarantee measures for training and education work. |
