| 摘 要： | 最高额抵押是抵押担保的一项重要内容。我国《担保法》虽确立了最高额抵押制度，但对此的规定却是十分简单原则，没有顾及最高额抵押的特殊性。作者对最高额抵押的含义、设定、效力进行初步探讨，旨在完善我国最高额抵押制度。

This paper discusses the implications, establishm ent and authenticity of mortgage of maximum amount aiming to improve its institution. |
