| Abstract: | The socialist society should be all-round developed with material civilization, political civilization and ideological civilization. People acting as the masters should be the essential requirement of socialist political civilization; state administration according to laws should be the basic principle for the Communist Party to lead the people to administrate the state; and system construction should be the key factor for people acting as the masters. |
