| 摘 要： | 最大限度地减少毒品的社会危害，是维护社会和谐稳定的一项主要内容。有效地解决毒品问题是一项社会性综合治理工程，社区禁毒是禁毒治理中一个极其重要的组成部分。在构建和谐社会的框架下，探讨社区禁毒对于促进社会和谐的积极作用以及如何开发、整合、利用社区的各种社会资源，以最优化的资源结构投入禁毒治理这场人民战争。

| Abstract: | Reducing the social damage of drugs to the maximum limit is an important content of safeguarding the social harmony and stability.Dealing with drug problems efficiently is a social comprehensive control project,of which community drug-suppression is an important component.Community drug-suppression plays an active role constructing harmonious society.This paper discusses how to exploit,readjust and use all kinds of social resources of community,how to suppress drugs with optimized resource structure. |
