| 摘 要： | 由于高等教育改革和高校内部管理改革的不断深化、大众化教育的逐步到来、高教园区的相继建立等因素。高校安全保卫工作将面临一系列新的问题，本文提出了高校安全保卫工作需要把握的四个原则：宣传教育在先原则，预防为主原则，以人为本、服务师生原则,依法管理原则。

| Abstract: | Due to the further development of college educational reform,the advent of mass education and the establishment of higher education district,the task of college security guard has been confronted with a series of new problems.This essay put forwards four principles of college security task: the principle of propaganda beforehand,the principle of prevention,people-oriented principle of serving teachers and students,and the principle of legal management. |
