| 摘 要： | 青年自组织能力是青年自组织研究的一个重要视角,具有特殊的时代内涵。它由组织实现资源整合和共识凝聚、成员参与活动的质量、组织自身的结构和发育程度以及自我调解纠纷、自我服务、自我适应等方面的能力有机构成。提升青年自组织能力不能仅局限于青年自组织主体本身,而是要着眼于共青团、外部环境、法律等客体。可通过青年自组织自身再塑造、合理定位共青团等组织职能、优化环境、推行法治化等途径提升青年自组织能力。
