浅析苗族习惯法

在长期的社会生活中 ,苗族形成了有助于社会秩序稳定和进行社会管理的“习惯法” ,如“议榔” ,“理老” ,“鼓社”等。它们成为特定群体认可和遵循的“法”。在我国法制建设日益完善的今天 ,分析和探索贵州苗族法律文化 ,旨在加深对民族地区的法律文化的了解 ,积极推动现实的司法实践。

On the MiaoPeople's Legal Culture

During the long social life,Miao people has established such common laws as yilang(a legislature),lilao(a judiciary),gushe(enforcement of justice).They have become a generally accepted and observed law by a specific minority nationality,all of which are helpful to the stability of social order and fulfillment of social administration.With the development and improvenent of legal construction,this paper analyzes and explores the history and existing conditions of legal culture of Miao people.It aims at having a much eddper understanding of regional legal culture and promotes,the judicial practice of society.
