| 摘 要： | 产业结构转换是产业结构优化升级和演变的基础过程,这是产业发展的一般规律。构建反映产业结构转换能力的指标体系,应用因子分析和聚类分析等方法,对吉林省各地区现有产业结构的水平和特点进行实证研究具有一定理论价值和现实意义。建议在制定产业政策和实施产业结构调整时要充分考虑地区间要素禀赋和产业结构转换能力的差异,以实现经济资源的合理、有效配置,保障产业结构调整高效运行。
