从演进趋势看,发达国家保险业集中度较高,这是由竞争规律决定的。然而,发展中国家保险业的集中度却呈现逐渐降低的趋势。由于历史原因,中国保险业的集中度一直过高,这不利于中国保险业竞争力的提升。可通过降低保险市场的进入壁垒和引进民营资本等途径降低中国保险业的集中度。

On the Change of Concentration Degree of Securities and Its Countermeasures

Judging from its developing trend,relatively high degree of security concentration in some advanced countries is generally determined by the law of competition.However,the concentration degree of securities in developing countries is now in a gradually decreasing process.Due to some historical reasons,the concentration of securities in China is always kept in an over high degree,which will not be beneficial to the promotion of competitive power for the Chinese securities.Reducing the entry barriers of the securities market and absorbing private capital among others will help decrease the concentration degree of the Chinese securities.
