| 摘 要： | 以劣胜优是我军一贯的战略思想,是毛泽东军事思想的显著特点.未来高技术条件下的局部战争,仍然要坚持和发扬以劣胜优的优良传统,但关注的重点、角度有所不同.坚持战争的正义性,培养大批高质量的军事人才,狠抓"以训强军",加强武器装备的现代化等,是未来高技术条件下我军"以劣胜优"战略指导的基本立足点.

| Abstract: | s:"Defeating the superior with the inferior" has long been a strategic idea of our army and as well a prominent characteristic of Mao Zedong's military thoughts.With the changes of the environment and methods in the future, "defeating the superior with the inferior" should be emphasized and viewed differently. Among the basic footholds of the strategic guiding of our army's "defeating the superior with the inferior" in the future high tech war are: to insist on the justice of the war, to bring up large numbers of high quality military personnel, to firmly stick to "developing the army by training", and to speed up the modernization of the weapons and equipments. |
