| Abstract: | In order to safeguard the CCP's standing of governing the country,we must study the governing law by reformation spirit in the new situation,According to the times character and Chinese fact.At the same time we must do away with the old ideas and ways to build a series of basic principles in governing the country,which must be systemized and standardized in the practice. |
