| 摘 要： | 现行检察权的配置,缺乏检察机关与被监督的对象之间的权力运行配合机制,缺乏发挥检察监督权能与保障监督实效的有效权力配置,使检察权的运行不具有完备性和可操作性,亟待确立和完善。而检察处分权的设立与完善则是当前明确和强化检察机关检察权运行保障机制改革的重要环节。

| Abstract: | The distribution of prosecutorial power in present days is short of cooperation system between the procurator organ and the organs being supervised in terms of check of balance.For the absence of efficient distribution between supervision and power＇s guarantee,the prosecutorial power is not perfect and available,which is in great need of establishment and improvement.In addition,the establishment and improvement of disposition of procuratorate become an important step to innovate the security system in the function of present prosecutorial power. |
