| 摘 要： | 德国应急管理培训体系组织严密、运转协调、独具特色，它对于德国应急管理能力的提高发挥着重要作用。目前，我国正处于社会转型期，各类突发事件频发，提高党政领导干部的应急管理能力极其迫切。因此，借鉴德国应急管理培训的经验与做法．对完善我国的应急管理培训体系具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper thorough introduces training system,faculty force,objects,class quantity,method and course system.Being in a transitional period,all kinds of unexpected events happen frequently in China.It will be paramount to advance the emergent management ability of cadres in party and government.Therefore,Learning from German experience in emergency management training and practices,which improves the characteristics of emergency management training system in China has an important instructive significance. |
