| Abstract: | Some persistent ailments in the usage of language in the judgment are analyzed. The current work aims to draw the attention of related people to use the language in normal form and improve the quality of the judgment. The non-standardization are discussed in three aspects:lump of dialect, existence of spoken language,influence of the rhetorical effects duo to the lack of careful consideration of the language usage. |
