| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会既是社会多元主体协调进行社会优化治理的互动过程,又是实现社会公共利益最大化的价值结果,它与善治的治理理念存在着价值上的互通性。因此,以善治的治理理念为方法论指导,通过加强具体的公共管理及变革是构建社会主义和谐社会的现实要径。
