| 摘 要： | 目前中国政府职能转变相对滞后 ,而中国加入WTO后 ,对政府职能的转变又提出了新的要求。在WTO框架下 ,政府职能调整的基本目标 ,就是要充分反映市场的要求 ,通过提高政府管理与服务的效率 ,使本国市场具有更强的国际竞争力 ,从而在不违背国际规则的前提下最大可能地增强本国经济的国际竞争力

| Abstract: | At present the transition of government function lags behind. After our entry of WTO, the government is seriously challenged by the new conditions. Under the frame of WTO, the basic objects of transition of government function are enhancing the international competition capabilities as possible without violating the international rules by improving the efficiency of management and service. |
