| 摘 要： | 警察的职业特点决定了其人际关系能力的重要性.沟通分析理论特别是其中对自我的分析,可以使警察在人际交往中了解自己和其他人不同的心态、交往方式以及如何使交往顺利进行.在警察心理训练中可以充分利用沟通分析理论加强对警察人际交往能力的训练.

| Abstract: | Occupational characteristics of police determine the importance of his/her Communicative ability.Police can use the theory of communicative analysis,especially its analysis of ego,to understand the states of mind of self and others,communicative mode and how to make it go with a swing.In the psychological training of police,the theory of communicative analysis can be used to popularize its theory and enhance the training. |
