中国黄羽鹌鹑消化道嗜银细胞的分布规律及形态学观察

应用Grimelius银染法对100日龄中国黄羽鹌鹑的消化道进行嗜银性染色,观察了其消化道内嗜银细胞的分布规律和基本形态。结果显示,在中国黄羽鹌鹑的腺胃、十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠、直肠发现有嗜银细胞的分布且分布密度呈现波浪形,在腺胃和直肠中最高,盲肠中最低。雌雄之间同一部位嗜银细胞数量比较只有十二指肠部差异显著。嗜银细胞主要分布在肠黏膜上皮细胞之间,肠腺上皮细胞之间和肠固有膜中,盲肠和腺胃中发现有嗜银细胞分布在结缔组织中。嗜银细胞的形态有梭形、椭圆形、锥形和圆形,还有一些为不规则形状。其中锥形嗜银细胞突起伸向肠腺腔,梭形嗜银细胞两端均有突起,分别指向肠腔和固有膜。根据嗜银细胞的分布和形态推测嗜银细胞有内分泌、外分泌和旁分泌3种功能。

Distribution and morphological observation of argentaffin cell in digestive tract of Chinese Yellow quail

The distribution density and morphology of argentaffin cell in the digestive tract of 100-day-old Chinese Yellow quail were observed using the silver nitrate method of Grimelius.It was found that the argentaffin cell could be observed in the glandular stomach,duodenum,jejunum,ileum,caecum and rectum.The distribution density of argentaffin cell was wavelike,with the highest density in the glandular stomach and rectum,and the lowest density in caecum.The number of the argentaffin cell was similar between male and female quail,except in the duodenum where there was a significantly different.The argentaffin cell was observed between epithelial cells of intestinal mucusa and intestinal gland,and some existed in lamina propria.In the caecum and glandular stomach,there were some argentaffin cells in the connective tissue.The shape of argentaffin cell was diberse,there were spindle,ellipse,cone,circle and anomaly.The cone cells always had one long processus extending to the gut lumen,spindly cells had two long processus,one extending to the gut lumen,the other extending to the lamina propria.According to the distribution density and morphology of argentaffin cell in the digestive tract of Chinese Yellow quail,the argentaffin cell might have exocrine,endocrine and paracrine functions.
