The problem of venture has been paid more and more attention by all circles in the new situations.The particularity of the mission,duty and pattern of public security work make the venture with what the public security organs are faced different from the other administrative and judicial organs.Therefore,the public security organs at all levels must establish the correct consciousness of venture,cope with it properly and regard it as an important factor in policing strategy operation and tactical countermeasures adoption,in order to improve the ability of public security work continuously.
