| 摘 要： | 追求最大经济利益是有组织犯罪的根本特征。这包含两方面意义 ,一是有组织犯罪是在一定经济基础之上产生和发展的 ,一是经济目的决定有组织犯罪的其他特征和行为。有组织犯罪的分布主要集中在经济中心的大城市 ,并按规模大小呈金字塔结构。控制非法经济领域 ,投资合法领域 ,是其主要活动领域。

| Abstract: | To obtain the maximum economic profit is the primary characteristic of organized crimes,which has two aspects:First,organized crimes usually happens and develops on certain economic foundation;Second,the behavior and other characteristics of organized crimes are determined by certain economic characteristics.Most organized crimes take place in the economically developed big cities.It has a pyramid-like fabric in size.To controlillegal economic fields and participate in legal investment fields are the two major types of their activities. |
