| 摘 要： | 科学发展观有着丰富的价值内涵,在本质层次上和运行层次上突现鲜明的时代性价值。科学发展观言简意赅指明了:以人为本是基础、协调发展是动力,可持续发展是方向、全面发展是目标。用科学的发展观来对待我们前进道路上的发展问题,是科学发展观的价值要义所在。

| Abstract: | The doctrine of scientific developmental outlook with an abundance of value content shows off distinctly natural and operative zeitgeist that takes humanism as foundation,coordinate development as dynamic,sustainable one as direction,all-sided one as purpose.It is the pregnant performance of scientific developmental outlook that we apply this kind of methodological outlook to take order with strategic problems in progress. |
