市、州公安干校对在职民警进行训练时,多涉及刑侦教学,由于课时、教材、教学方法与手段等因素的制约,教学并非完美,因此,应根据教学对象,明确教学目的;科学安排教学时间,突出重点;丰富教材内容,教学紧跟形势;聘请有实践经验的刑警授课,使教学充满生机;丰富教学手段,讲究教学方法,使刑侦教学日趋完善。
