| 摘 要： | 因人口流动引发的农村"留守儿童"问题已成为不可忽视的社会问题.通过对全国劳务输出大省--四川省的青神、金堂两县"留守儿童"状况的调查发现,"留守儿童"身心健康状况、人身安全问题、行为习惯问题令人堪忧.构建学校、家庭和社会共同参与的"留守儿童"立体保护网络,建立健全"留守儿童"教育保护机制,促进农村"留守儿童"健康成长,是建设社会主义新农村和城乡协调发展的重要任务.
