| 摘 要： | 一个国家的社会稳定直接关系到其政治是否稳定，而制度变迁对社会稳定又有着正面和负面的双重影响。我国的制度变迁主要表现在经济领域，同时又对政治和文化领域产生连带影响。因此，应正确认识制度变迁所带来的各种变化。并尽最大努力发挥其正面效应，克服其负面效应，从而保持社会稳定，保证社会主义建设目标的顺利实现。

| Abstract: | The social stabilization of a country has a direct bearing on its political stabilization.The systemchanges have both the positive influence and negative influence on the social stabilization.The system changes in ourcountry occurred mainly in the economic field and influence the political and cultural fields in the same time.So weshould understand all kinds of changes that the system changes brought about and give full play to the positive effectand overcome its negative effect so as to guarantee to fulfill the socialist construction target. |
