我国民主政治进程中妇女参政的问题及原因

在民主政治进程中,随着干部制度改革的不断深化和干部选任的不断公开化,我国妇女参政的质量在不断提高,但也还存在不少问题,如,女性参政比例仍然较低,女领导干部在重要岗位担任重要职务的比例偏低,女性参政的后备力量不足等,这些问题的产生既有传统观念的影响,"比例"政治的阻碍,领导对培养选拔女干部的认识不到位,培养选拔女干部的制度还不够完善,舆论宣传的偏差,双重角色的冲突增加了女干部前进的负荷等客观原因,也有女性参政意识不强和缺乏自信心、自主意识和深层次的平等意识等主观原因.

The Problems and Causes:Women′s Participation in Politics in the Advancement of the Nation′s Democratic Politics

In the advancement of democracy,with the further deepening of the reform in cadre system and the increasing publicity of the selection and appointment,the quality of women's participation in politics has been increasing. However, problems exist.For instance, the low rate of women' s participation in politics,the low rate for women at important position and with important responsibility,inadequate prospective candidates. Some causes of the problem are objective, like the traditional ideas,the "rate" politics in particular, the inadequate understanding of the leaders about the selection and appointment of women cadres,imperfect regulations concerning the cultivation and selection of women cadres,biased publicity,and hindrances brought about by the conflicts between double roles. Subjective causes include weak awareness of women's participation in politics, insufficient confidence, week sense of independence and superficial understanding of equality between the two sexes.
