| 摘 要： | 根据对网络隐私侵权的分析,我国要把保护网络隐私权提到立法日程上来,借鉴欧盟和美国的经验并结合我国的现状,构建综合保护机制,包括鼓励行业自律,加强技术保护、网络道德教育和国际协调,以此达到保护公民网络隐私权和促进网络发展的"双赢"目的。

| Abstract: | According to the study about the infringement upon network privacy,China should take the legislation of protecting the right of network privacy into consideration.Using the United States' and the EU's experience for reference and joining together the present condition,China need set up a series of synthetically protective mechanism consisting of trade self-discipline,technical measures,culture on network morality and international coordination so as to attain the "win-to-win"purpose for protecting the right of network privacy and promoting the development of the network industry. |
