| 摘 要： | 和谐是人类社会发展的终极性目标,社会主义法治是会实现社会和谐的方式,民主法治是和谐社会最根本的指导原则和最重要的运作机制。和谐与社会主义法治是相容的,实现社会主义和谐社会就必然实行社会主义的和谐法治,和谐社会必定是法治社会。
