| 摘 要： | 潜意识的存在是一个不争的事实,在刑事侦查中如何挖掘被害人、目击人、犯罪嫌疑人的潜在记忆是个亟待解决的问题。催眠技术,基于精神分析的理论,利用心理学上的技巧,在征得被害人、目击人的同意下,用阶段性的暗示,引导被催眠者放松心情,降低影响记忆的因素,使之集中精神,正确地回忆其曾经经历过而只储存于潜意识下的事实。在一些国家的司法实践中,利用催眠技术挖掘出的潜意识下记忆的信息,可以在侦查破案陷入困境之时,提供出有利的侦查线索,打破僵局。中国的公安机关在利用催眠技术推进侦查破案方面还是个空白,本文将对催眠技术的应用加以简介。

| Abstract: | The existence of subconsciousness is an unquestioned fact. In criminal investigation, it is an urgent problem to tap the latent memories of victims, witnesses and suspects. In some countries, hypnotism has been applied in judicial practice to provide useful clues for investigations, while in china there is still a gap in this field. |
