摘    要:一个组织 ,要想在错综复杂、瞬息万变的环境中 ,尤其是在当前知识经济已初现端倪的情况下求得生存与发展 ,必须能够从外界准确而及时地获取信息与知识 ,并迅速结合自身已有的知识存量进行整合利用 ,使组织在学习中不断提升应变能力与竞争力 ,同时组织的人力资源也得到充分利用与开发。本文从人本管理角度阐述了构建学习型组织的时代意义与系统构架

Abstract:An Organization which wants to exist and develop in complicated conditions especially at present that knowledge economy has been emerging should be able to obtain massage and knowledge from its outside exactly and timely.At the same time it should be able to use its own knowledge inventory that arises its ability of flexibility and competition meanwhile develops its humane resource.From the angles of humane management,this article demonstrates the modern significance of constructing study organization and its system construction.
