浅析后危机时代的国际格局和秩序

金融危机不仅导致全球性经济衰退,而且对国际格局、国际政治、经济发展已经并将继续造成长期而深刻的影响。主要表现为：国际力量对比及大国之间相互关系发生变化;推动了国际秩序、国际制度和国际机制的改革;促进了国际体系内部结构的变化。但是,美国作为唯一超级大国的地位并未发生改变：G20已是发达国家与发展中国家共同讨论应对重大国际问题的主要平台,而G7和“金砖四国”将分别成为两大力量在这个平台中协调立场的核心：欧洲将是多极化发展中的重要力量;中国将长期是发展中国家。未来国际体系的变革过程中,发达国家和发展中国家之间将始终充满着激烈的斗争和较量。
