| 摘 要： | 100年来,党在自身组织建设方面积累了丰富的历史经验:将组织建设视为党的建设的基本性建设,始终予以高度重视;组织建设必须依据党的建设的基本规律来推进;组织建设必须以政治建设为统领,以思想建设为基础,以制度建设为依托,在党的建设伟大工程系统中协调发展;组织建设必须围绕党的组织路线而展开;组织建设的一切工作必须靠基层组织来贯彻落实。

| Abstract: | For 100 years,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the party's organizational building as the fundamental aspect of party building,leadership and great cause.Firstly,the organizational building must follow the basic law of party building.Secondly it must be carried out under the guidance of political buildingon the basis of ideological building and institutional building and developharmoniously in the“great project”system.Thirdly it must take the implementation of the party's organizational line as the fundamental basis.Lastly it must rely on grassroots party organizations to implement. |
