| 摘 要： | 《治安管理处罚法》以专章规定了执法监督,这对遏制当前公安行政执法中存在的权力腐败问题有着重要的意义。立法体现了以法治权,遏制权力腐败的法律理念。《治安管理处罚法》规定的几种形式的执法监督仍有需要完善之处,需要加强和完善监督制约机制,使人民监督由抽象变得具体。

| Abstract: | The Penalty Law of Public Security Management has stipulated the law enforcement supervision by special regulations,which is of great meaning in restraining the present power corruption that exists in the administrative enforcement of law of public security.The legislation has embodied the legal concept of ruling powers with law and restraining power corruption.The forms of enforcement supervision of law stipulated by the Penalty Law of Public Security Management still have places to be perfected,such as strengthening and perfecting the supervising and restraining system,making people's supervision become concrete from abstract. |
