| Abstract: | Ruling by law is the essential requirement of "Three Represents". In order to open up a new prospect for the work of politics and law, we must implement "Three Represents",changing modes of thought,firmly setting up the idea of servicing for economical construction,stressing ways in practical work, advancing standardized building of politics and law, carrying out activities for the benefits of the people. |
