关于我国研究型大学建设的战略思考

近年来,如何创建研究型大学,成为我国高等教育界普遍关注的热点话题,同时也成为国内一些大学竞相追逐的奋斗目标。分析我国研究型大学形成的政策背景,结合国内外教育专家的观点,重新界定并提出了我国研究型大学的基本定义。同时,着重对研究型大学的建设定位进行了宏观层面上的分析,以期构建起研究型大学建设的基本脉络。

On Strategic Consideration of Research Universities'''' Construction in Our Country

In recent years,how to establish research-based university has become a hot topic and been generally concerned by the higher education sector.Meanwhile,it has become the pursued objectives of some national universities.In this article,the policy background of the formation of the national research-based universities has been analyzed.And the basic definition of the national research-based universities has been redefined with the combination of domestic and international education experts' view.At the same time,the macro level analysis of the construction orientation of the research-based universities has been performed to build up a basic venation of the research-based university construction.
