| 摘 要： | 弱势群体保护作为国家建设和政府工作的重要内容,应从行政法的角度予以分析其存在现状和法律保护上的问题.行政法律的规定和制度的设计,要秉承发展的理念,做到立法具体切实、司法高效务实、执法具体落实、法律监督严格全面,才能真正体现其保护弱势群体之价值.

| Abstract: | Protection of vulnerable groups as an important content of nation-building and public work should be analyzed in the light of the current situation of administrative law and legal protection issues.Administrative provisions of the law and the design of the system should adhere to the principle of responsibility,fairness,and development.Legislation to achieve specific practical,pragmatic and efficient administration of justice,law enforcement concrete implementation of a rigorous and comprehensive legal supervision,can truly reflect the value of the protection of vulnerable groups. |
