新生代农民工法制宣传教育的理性思考

新生代农民工是中国人数最多、社会奉献最大的劳动群体,也是合法权益最容易受到损害的弱势群体。对新生代农民工进行法制教育既是依法保护农民工的需要,也是构建和谐社会的需要。目前我国法制宣传教育的不足,是新生代农民工成为违法犯罪的高发群体的一个重要原因。为维护社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会,切实维护新生代农民工合法权益,亟须对目前法制宣传教育工作予以加强。
