| 摘 要： | 高职院校法学教学的结果性使命缺失产生了价值困惑与教、学双方主体的劳动困惑,需要其回归以就业为核心的价值本位.调整其教学目标、教学科目、学时及教学次序,现实性地开拓出一条双主体互动式实践性项目教学模式,以增强法学毕业生的职业能力.

| Abstract: | The missing of outcome mission of law teaching in higher vocational colleges leads to the value confusion and the labor confusion of both teaching and learning subjects,so it needs to return to the value standard,which regards the employment as the core.Adjust their teaching objectives,teaching subjects,teaching hours and teaching order,and develop a teaching mode with double-subjects,interactive and practical projects,to enhance the professional competence of graduates majoring in law. |
