旅游业消费者权益的法律保护问题初探

旅游消费者是旅游产业发展的生命线.然而,目前我国旅游业旅游消费者权益的法律保护状况不容乐观,旅游消费者权益被侵害问题严重,消费者权利救济困难.为此,我们应当以建立对旅游消费者的信息支持制度为中心,完善旅游消费者权益保护立法,加强执法,并不断完善我国旅游业旅游消费者权益纠纷解决机制,以切实保护旅游消费者的合法权益.

Primary Research on the Problem of the Protection of the Rights and Interests for Tourist Customers in Tourist Industries

The customers of tour are the supporters of tourist industries.However,at present the condition of the protection of rights and interests of tourist customers is still far from being satisfactory.The rights and interests of tourist customers are severely impinged and the relief of them is very difficult.Therefore,we should construct the information supporting system for the tourist customer as the center in order to improve the legislations of the protection for the rights and interests of tourist customers and strengthen the law enforcement as well as constantly improve mechanisms to solve the dispute of rights and interests of tourist customers in tourist industries to protect lawful rights and interests of tourist customers.
