中国法制史教学改革探究

摘    要:目前,中国法制史课程的教学实践存在着学生学习兴趣的缺失、教学模式的单一、教材体例的僵化、授课教师的极端化等诸多问题,为改变这种教学困境,必须从转变教学理念、建立多元化的教学方法、革新教学内容以及对授课教师的培养几方面着手。如此,才能走出中国法制史教学的困境。

Abstract:These days,there are many problems exist in the teaching practice of Chinese legal history course,such as the students are lacking interest in this course,the teaching mode is humdrum,the styles of teaching material is rigid and some teachers are comparatively extreme.In order to improve the existing situation,several methods should be carried on,such as converting teaching notion,creating multi-typed teaching methods,reforming teaching content and training teachers and so on.And only thus a way out of the puzzledom of teaching practice of Chinese legal history can be fished out.
