| 摘 要： | 案例教学法是一种以案例为基础的教学法,它将改变传统的法律英语教学模式,开创性地从句子和词汇的学习上升为从篇章的整体意义和篇章分析角度进行教学,立足于语言使用和交际,使学生能够通过对语言内容的正确理解和准确表达来掌握语言形式和内容,并通过实际案例使学生的语言综合运用能力稳步提高。

| Abstract: | Case-based teaching method is based on law cases,it will change the traditional teaching mode in law English,from sentences and vocabulary learning to the overall meaning of the text and discourse analysis perspective teaching,based on the use of language and communication,so that students can correctly understand the contents of language and accurate expression to master the form and content of language,and make students’ comprehensive language ability rise steadily through the actual cases. |
