| 摘 要： | 一些城缘富裕村在富裕起来之后,组织发生蜕变和退化,其社会分层结构、权力运作出现了一些新的特点和动向。对此,必须引起高度重视,防止其把村民自治引入歧途。解决之道是要进行制度创新和组织微调。

| Abstract: | After some villages around city become well-off,their organizations appear to transmute and deteriorate,and their social layering structure and power operation incidentally take on some new particularities and momentum.So must make a point of it,prevent it from leading villagers' autonomy into the stray road.The way out of solution is to carry on institutional innovation and organizational fine-tuning. |
