| Abstract: | Active service, developing from negative, passive or reactive service, is an important way of promoting policing reform and solving the shortage of police force. In the active service pattern of railway police, the connotation ＂informational policing, carried out completely, and the construction qualified policing, effective policing, sunny policing＂ -- should be of ＂ peaceful section, peaceful area, peaceful line, peaceful train,peaceful troops＂ should be promoted further. |
