| Abstract: | The key to deepen the education reform,enrich the school connotation and establish the harmonious campus lies in improving the overall quality of teachers.Establishing and improving the teacher management system,forming the harmonious mechanism,improving growth mechanisms,comprehensively building a harmonious and stable teaching staff, enhancing their cooperative awareness and innovative ability is an important task for colleges and universities. |
